dash is scheduled to arrive on January 23, 2017!

To prepare you for the migration, we will be providing learning opportunities to give you a more detailed look at dash before Go Live. Each company must have at least one individual who has completed all the following three components by January 20, 2017.

1.    *Available starting December 12, 2016* Self-paced courses that you can access any time 24/7 on ERA Learning Exchange. Depending on how you have set up your office administrators' workflow and whether you currently use a third-party vendor for data entry, you have the flexibility to pick the relevant course(s) for each member of your team to complete.

2.    *Multiple WebEx sessions available January 4, 5, 9 & 10, 2017* A live WebEx session to answer questions you may have after completing the self-paced courses.

3.    *Available starting January 11, 2017* A Knowledge Check exercise to help you evaluate how ready you are for dash. 

 

If you have not done so yet, please take a moment to review and confirm that your team members are assigned the correct role(s) and permission levels in CREST. This will help ensure that their accounts transition correctly and seamlessly to dash upon Go Live.
